Nobody is born as a financial expert in the areas of M&A transactions, integration management, controlling, treasury, consolidation and accounting. One develops one’s status through knowledge, engagement and measurable results. Exactly that has been the case with me since 2013, when I decided to work as a freelance consultant and project-coordinator in the financial sector.

Before that, I worked in listed companies for over 16 years, bringing projects worth billions of euro to their successful completion. Leadership, coordination and implementation were and still are the true focus of my work. At the same time, I always keep an eye on my co-workers and the team: success is never only the result of single individual.

I challenge and support the companies and employees with which I work. Through principles of openness and clarity, I execute honest, empathetic and professional communication – while necessary entrepreneurial decisions are simultaneously made and enforced. At the same time, identifying with my projects is of utmost importance to me: this way, I’m able to realise my full potential in supporting the company and its valued employees.

I have had the privilege of supporting a great number of companies to date: from medium-sized, regional family businesses in Austria and Germany to large international corporations. My commitment to tasks has always involved both my mind and my heart.
